Aller Robertson Mahan, PC was established initially by the partnership of Dean Heiling and David Morrison in 1985, known as Heiling and Morrison, PC.
After Mr. Heiling moved out of the area, Mr. Morrison formed a partnership with Leeon F. Aller (Butch) in 1989 and the firm became known as Aller and Morrison, PC.
Daniel C. Robertson joined Mr. Morrison and Mr. Aller as an associate in 2000 and became a partner in 2005 when the firm became known as Aller Morrison Robertson, PC.
Mr. Morrison retired in 2010 after more than 30 years of legal practice.
Mr. Aller and Mr. Robertson hired Wm. Jason Mahan in 2010. In 2012, Mr. Mahan became a partner and our firm became known as Aller Robertson Mahan, PC.
Mr. Aller retired in 2013 after over 30 years of legal practice in Roseburg. In October 2015, Ryan Podlesnik joined our firm as an associate attorney.
