Aller Robertson Mahan's origin began with the partnership of Dean Heiling and David Morrison in 1985. Their firm, known as Heiling and Morrison, PC, has evolved over time as partners have joined and retired, but today's firm maintains its high standards.
When Mr. Heiling moved away, Mr. Morrison formed a new partnership with Leeon F. Aller (Butch) in 1989. Aller and Morrison, PC, later expanded when Daniel C. Robertson joined the firm in 2000. He specializes in estate planning, elder law, and personal injury. As Mr. Robertson was raised to partner in 2005, the firm added his name and became Aller Morrison Robertson, PC.
After more than 30 years of legal practice, Mr. Morrison retired in 2010. Mr. Aller and Mr. Robertson hired Wm. Jason Mahan in 2010, raised him to partner in 2012, and changed the firm's name to Aller Robertson Mahan, PC.
After over 30 years in practice in Roseburg, Mr. Aller retired in 2013. Ryan Podlesnik joined us in October of 2015 as an associate attorney.
